Pierce trade rumors

Postby Susvain » Thu Sep 08, 2005 1:04 pm

Pierce has so many trade rumors and things that almost went down this off season, now in the works, and was confirmed it very may well happen.

Denver receives
F/G Paul Pierce

Boston receives
G Andre Miller
C/PF Nene

This is a stupid move on the celtics part, we already have about 5 point guards, dont need another one. They have 18 men on the roster right now, can't trade quality for quantity at this point. Nene's contract runs out after this season, and we got rid of Antoine for Al Jeff to possibly start and show his great talent, so we can bring in Nene? I just don't get this, Danny Ainge is one of the best GM's in the league, but i'm confused

remember this is coming from susvain, mr everything is great in boston. The only thing significant that Ainge did was when he beat ucla with a last second shot in the ncaa playoff.

Trade was shot down like all other 5000 pierce possible trades this off-season. Front desk says they are 110 percent sure pierce will be in boston next season.

Ainge does great in the drafts, and he's making the team better. Rick Pitino(sp) really broke the Celtics up and then left, not Ainge
