Tacks I cook a 15 pound brisket. I could feed 15 people with the meat that goes on to the grill. trust me...When I cook I cook for leftovers.

Guess I can't read. Sorry.

I have the kiddies, so no bbq. =(

Taxx, considering you weigh about 70 pounds more than I do (and only an inch taller), I wouldn't talk if I were you.

You can come to Ohio and stay with us! Me and Martrae are having BBQ brisket on Sunday, 6 hour slow roasted to seal in fflavor somethered in my homemade BBQ sauce. If you watching you weight dont come. Looking at it will put 10 pounds on your ass.

Seriously like I said before...any of you needing shelter for a while are welcome. I dont have much room but friends are always welcome.

She is definitely able to support a few more pounds...and she can eat more than I can.

All I ask is if people come for dinner or to stay they pitch in for the Maragrita's, the side dishes, or the cleanup.

Don't put me down on his level. He continually berates me on these boards and the one time I stick up for myself, I get called a child. Whatever.

Keep telling yourself that, I suggest you stop flattering yourself though. By your logic I make fun of everyone because I'm bitter about a relationship with them, uh ok.

Somewhere inside my slender build hides a very scary fat kid mentality. I out eat most people lol.

That bbq sounds soooo good my tummy is rumbling.

yeah depending on the size the brisket can cook upto 12 to 15 hours. Ofcourse mine is marinaded over night in Lea and Perrings and a few other key ingredients. Lets say if you drank the marinade you could get a REAL fast buzz

Yeah just saw a guy on the news that has moved 48 miles in 14 hours from houston. Quixen and I used to live in Houston, its about the same drive from his place to mine, took 40 minutes or so usually, all 8 lane highway.
