Louisiana Health Officials SUCK!!

So I get woke up at 3am to come to work and direct another influx of 200 patients from Lake Charles being evacuated from hospitals due to the new hurricane. No warning, No charts, No phone calls, No checking for hospital capacity in the area, not a damn thing....

So why does this piss me off? Because i did the same thing 3 weeks ago when they were sent from New Orleans in the same manner. Nearly 100 died as a result in the busses and planes, and most were lost from their families. Patients quality of care went to shit. All because some dumbfuck health and hospital official told them to do so.

No they dont call the state emergency coordinator to inform. No they dont at least put some kind of identification/chart/record/diagnosis with the patient when they load them up. No they don't call ANYONE until we find out from the airport that 2 boeing's with 100 a pop are landing in 5 minutes and need a list of hospitals to take these folks too. They just load up these people like fucking livestock and say go in that direction. THE HURRICANE IS NOT EVEN FUCKING HERE YET~

Cordinate this bullshit! Quit worrying about your political ass looking bad if you leave these folks down there, and set up an organized way to HELP these people when moving them around the state. Damn I am ready to move out of Louisiana....

It goes beyond cities being destroyed by hurricanes. Its just the usual do it, we will worry about it later attitude that many people have. They dont care about how relocating these people will effect anyone else, all they care is that the people will be out of their hands.
