Nothing like EQ.

No PVP at the moment.

They have a great cartography system. Similar to SWG if you have ever played that. Or like LDoN missions. You can bring up a map of the zone, it tells you where you are and everything else is (important NPC's, zonelines, mission entrances etc) plus you can also drop your own waypoints down. So you can drop down your own waypoints or select an already existing waypoint, then like LDoN it will show up on your compass like the blue line in EQ. Just keep the waypoint in the center of your compass and run to it.

Also, the fighting system doesnt suck like EQ. You wont just hit "A" and stand there. Fighting = powers. Each power goes into a spell bar like tool. You'll start the game with 2 powers, getting a new power every even level. So your level 1 with 2 powers. You run up to a mob, hit power 1, you execute an attack, and the button grays out and gradually comes back, like backstab for a rogue, or various monk attacks, or warrior taunt etc. Then as your first power is regenerating (usually 5-10 seconds on common used attack powers, the number can be manipulated by dropping augments in to lower the re-charge time) you hit your second power which executes another attack. Rinse and repeat. Naturally it gets more intesting and more strategic as you gain level and get more powers.

I can talk for about 4 hours about everything in the game. But I wont. Just buy it.

Get on the victory server, I'll sidekick you, get you level fast and ill give you the password I have for my voice communication program so we can communicate with ease.

I know I could look this up myself, but does anyone know the spec's you need to play this? I'd like to find a game I can play with my 19 yr old brother. I don't want him to play EQ lol.

Playing "Soul Shocker" a dark/dark defender now on Victory. Email me some info Ginz at kalec@msn.com. BTW, I rerolled due to everyone and their sister playing blaster classes, therefore I am only lvl 7 atm. Hopefully I can get some levels tonight and catch up.
