Hmm I dunno, I thought those all-in-wonders were power hogs. Those are the ones with the cable connector yes? Nothing else makes sense other than lack of power.
200w is a very light power supply. Are you getting any bios beep codes, or is it just not powering on at all? Also can you try it in a different machine? What type of vid card is in it before the ATI?

As I recall, the recomendations for the first 1Ghz processors were for a minimum power supply of 300w. This of course depends on how many devices you wish to plug in, but the 300w recomendation was for a "standard" machine.

I mean when I put the vid card in, the system flat out refuses to power up. The minute I remove it, it will boot up just fine.

some older AGP cards are 3.3v
most mobo now look for 1.5v AGP cards
If you have an older AGP card, the system may not boot up
I only know this cause I was looking at my mobo manual last night, and saw that(ps, i may have the 3.3v and the 1.5v reveresed, but you get the idea. non-matching voltages is likely the cause)
Is there an option in bios to disable it if another adapter is present?

There should be a setting in the bios that tells it which video card is the primary display. When you say it doesn't boot, does the power supply even fire up or does nothing happen?
Does the card work in a different machine? Might just be a dead card.
