Anyone who knows how to track IPs?

Postby Yamori » Wed Oct 19, 2005 2:37 pm

70.85.114.26

Whoever this is, they jacked my ebay account somehow and started making fake listings on it. ><

If possible I'd like to contact their ISP (ISP Host: 70.85.114.26) about it on the off chance that it might do something.

email abuse@theplanet.com I can guarantee you that if you call them they are going to tell you the exact same thing. Trust me, I would be one of the people telling you that,

Keep in mind they receive about 4800 emails a month and they only actually respond when their is need to speak further with the customer. Dont both calling unless you just want to get told the same thing over and over and over and over. I deal with atleast 1 abuse issue a night and people never seem to accept that we will not give them a different answer no matter how many mangers they demand to speak to.

Its not actually an ISP btw, its a datacenter of dedicated servers. 9 times out od 10 with things like this, its not even the owner of the server who id doing this but somone who hacked them.
