Oh my goodness, my roommates did the same thing. The heater tries to kick on, and it sounds like the whole house is going to explode. I would prefer a small space heater with lots of comfy blankets and my flannel pjs

wow, snow huh. Yesterday was the very first day since it's been hot (that started back in Feb or Mar) that it was just cold for us. All of a sudden, literally overnight, the temp dropped and we're all like "omg it's fuckin' cold." Last night I slept in long pants, booties and a sweater. I guess it was 50 last night? hehe.
Just the discussion of snow makes me sad =( I love Wisconsin, but coming from Virginia where I only saw snow once every 6 or so years, it KILLS me. Not the snow so much as the ice =\
This year so far has been really great - it was almost 70 til mid-October, then dropped to 40-50 in the past week or so- I sure hope we don't get the white stuff anytime soon ><
