Why do people hire lazy asses?

So they hired this intern out of high school to take pictures for our websites, and do our marketing for our local newspaper and the home buying guide in the area. Nice kid (dated his dad for a few months) but he is sooooo lazy. I gave him an assignment to go take the lock box off the house that we just sold, and I also gave him a garage door opener to make sure it was the correct one before we gave it to the buyers. That was at 10 am this morning. He left at 10:30 with a realtor from our office to go to a restuaraunt fro Brinch. I left the office at 12:30 to go to the bank, and grab something to eat, and then come right back to the office. His truck was still here. I called him at 1:30, and he said he hadn't done it yet, he had been taking pictures. So I called him on it, and asked how he got to take those pictures without his truck. He stuttered and then said ok, fine, I'll do it right now. These buyers have been sitting there since 11am waiting for him to show up.


What a lazy ass.
