Odd question for those of you on 6 meals a day
How do you refer to them when planning meals, etc.?
Inside each person lives two wolves. One is loyal, kind, respectful, humble and open to the mystery of life. The other is greedy, jealous, hateful, afraid and blind to the wonders of life. They are in battle for your spirit. The one who wins is the one you feed.

What do you mean? Like what you call them?
For me it was Breakfast, mid morning snack Lunch, afternoon snack, Dinner, before bed snack or Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3, Meal 4, Meal 5, Meal 6.
With a heavy workout I also would include pre-workout meal and post workout meal as part of that. So a day could be.....
Pre-Workout
Post-Workout
Late Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Protein Evening Snack
When I was really into the whole bodybuilding diet I was eating some crazy stuff. Had a pro bodybuilder girl on the web coaching me on a plan. I was having sweet potato at 10am and eating 6-8 oz grilled chicken. Kind of hard to call that type of food breakfast.. lol I would try to stuff down like 4 cups of broccoli and and chicken for lunch. Breakfast (90 min after post workout shake) I'd try to get in 6 eggs, 1 cup of oats, cottage cheese, and natty peanut butter then mix that all together and make 6 very dense protein pancakes. Man I was so stuffed and oh god .. I could fuel a car with the gas from all the fiber!!! lmao I could never eat that way now but it is a great way to drop weight and build muscle if you do it right and have the time to really focus on an exercise program.

Thanx, Stayce. I was trying to make a menu for this week and had a brain fry on what to call the extra meals.
