Just got my new present that should be here by Christmas......
my own studio quality spinning bike for the house - Spinner Elite model from http://www.spinning.com I want to eventually go for the instructor cert and it will be nice to have it for in the house training. I just fell in love with taking classes at the gym on this specific bike. I was using my regular bike on a mag trainer for the house but it just isn't the same. You can't get out of the seat like you can in a spin bike or get the same kind of workout. It is so much more stable too.

lmao.. I can see how she would take it the wrong way if she isn't already a fitness fanatic/gym rat or just doesn't like to exercise. It really is a great present though. I picked it out with Mop. He will probably get some use out of it as well.
I really want to get the full body arc trainer also but those are like an insane amt of money.. 6k maybe so that won't happen. Both of these are my top two favorite types of cardio equipment. Precor Eliptical probably comes in 3rd along with a simple heavy bag for some good old fashion boxing (which we already have.. just need to get a new stand). Mop has some target gloves around somewhere as well so I can use those to beat on him.
That's the one biggest thing I miss about the gym is the spinning class. I LOVED it. I have a Stairmaster here at the house which is my second fav cardio, but nothing really gives me a workout like spinning. If you get certified LS I'm coming out there to take your class.
Seriously though, I'm really proud of you...... You are doing ( and I have always thought) awesome. Keep on going strong!
