I need a good strength workout...

I'm done bulking and don't need to cut yet...

I'm not looking to get huge either... basically I just want to rip off kittens heads with two fingers and bodyslam loud fat girls at clubs with ease.

brute strength thats it.

Anyone got a good full body work out routine to achieve this?

I know you're in pretty good shape so I think you should be able to handle it.

I would NOT reccomend this for the newbs out there.

Hmm that might be an idea... I'm going to have to start posting there again. I'm getting pretty hard core back into the fitness thing again. Mainly because I need to be in tip top shape to snowboard really well, which is my new favorite hobby. Not to mention summer is coming up and I plan on surfing a lot if I'm still living in California.
