I need a ROCK solid web hosting/exchange company

with damn near 24x7, 365 day support.

I have currently http://www.1and1.com and they have now gone down 3 times in the last 30 days which is totally unacceptable for my company. Not only that it's the 3rd of January and these fucknuts still have their "out for the holidays" message.

I need someone that has their shit together... I'm talking up all the time for both web and exchange hosting. The support needs to be shit hot too.

Any ideas?

Money isn't a huge concern... umm 200 a month?

I am using this company http://www.burst.net for offline backups and thinking about giving them a shot at my web/exchange hosting.

Alig from early EQ does professional hosting. Toss him an email, I let him know you were looking. I highly recommend going through him, I do.

Been with them ages and haven't had it go down without them letting us way way head of time that something was going to happen (1 time for a ton of upgrades to software).

Great support people there too. Check out their forums.

I would however stay far far far far far away from powweb.com, I was with them for two months and they were down so often they offered me a YEAR of free hosting to stay. What good is hosting if the damn thing is never up?
