All QBs are mobile. Some moreso than others.

My point is there are pocket passing QBs, and then there are QBs whose game is predicated on being able to run moreso.

The trick is, if you take their running out of the equation, can they still win games? Mcnabb obviously can, and he is first and foremost a passer.
