so i know that sweet potatoes are better for you than plain old russets... but how do you eat them? the only thing i know of to do with sweet potatoes is to slather 'em with sweet stuff and slap some marshmallows on top. can you eat them in the same manner as baked potatoes, with butter?
i would really like to add them as a part of my diet but i don't really know how. suggestions please!!
I use Splenda, Smart Balance Margarine, Cinnamon or
I turn them into sweet potato chips.. slice super thin and bake until crips.. spray them with some olive oil spray. You can go a little spicy and season them cajun - salt + hot spices or go for the sweet again with the splenda and cinnamon.

Can eat them just like a baked potato too, some form of butter-flavored goodness with reasonable fat content etc (spray ftw) salt & pepper and it's yum.
