Is it just me or did necro's get more powerful while I was g

I distinctly remember necro's having lots of trouble landing dots and what not on mobs much higher than them, not to mention their debuff line being utterly useless...

All that has seemed to change. If I debuff a mob now the debuff almost always lands and then after that I can pretty much destroy damn near anything.

On top of that a lot of my self only utility spells seem to have increased in duration.

All in all the class feels a lot more uber than it used to.

Thoughts?

Happened about 2 1/2 years ago or so when DoTs were changed.

Makes since, had a friedn who would come ot my coffee house and said he would sit in high end POP zones and just own all day getting mad AA's and making mad cash with loot, said with his necro it was too easy

I'm 56 and I really want to try and solo something in Wall of Pain. I think if I can land the debuff and snare I could do it with a full bar of mana.

haha necs always been my favorite class...It's just gotten a hell of a lot more powerful since I last played. The only real problem with necs early on was the amount of kids and retards that seemed to always want to play one. Well played necros were hard to come by....cept for me. I ruled.

Tossica kicked much ass. Not just my elite soloing skills either, I could play tank, backup healer, enchanter and nuker all at the same time in a group. Necros were by far the most fun class to play.
