EQ was filled with some of the most fucked up social rejects that almost seemed to be picked from a "Dream Team" who's who of griefers.

I am not sure why, but WoW has a HELLUVA lot fewer dumbfuck wigger kids that plagued the channels, groups, and hangouts in EQ.

Or maybe they are all at the end game and are tormenting those hangouts.

I had more fun last night with oldskoo NT'ers in EQ than I had in the entire 3 characters I level in WoW.

WoW is a good game don't get me wrong.. But I don't even classify it as a real MMOG. More like and online RPG........with retards.

i enjoyed WOW b/c it was so soloable.... didn't have to deal with the tards, in EQ you had to group so the tard factor was inevitable for at least some time....

i still think EQ was more fun... nothing like getting a decent group of people with a sense of humor....

I stopped playing WoW twice, both times I got to like level 20.

All the quests were "Go here, kill that X number of times or collect X amount of this" and everywhere I went it was the same shit with a different location. And I saw the quest list for my friend who was level 60 and it was all the same shit on his too.

WoW is about as exciting as a two day old taco bell shit. Every fucking instance was boring as hell with little to no real repercussion from death.

Two giant mistakes there:

1. Instancing
2. No death penalty.

Wow was like: "whoops died lol, better run my ghost back lol."

These "design flaws" created a game in which a 6 year old could level to 50+.

I don't know about you but my idea of a good time isn't grouping with Bob's kids and running MC.

And that 6 year old comment is actually true... My ex-bitches three nephews all managed to get toons over level 50, including the fucking six year old.

OH... and the graphics blow. I look at WoW and wonder why people aren't asking for their money back and going to buy Xbox's.

At least EQ still puts me on the edge of my seat everytime I get some peeps together to go take down a tough mob. I'm worried about the fucking nasty CR incoming if we don't have our shit together.

like 100 plat and dragons of norath or whatever expansion added the guild lobby got rid of that pesky corpse run problem.

summon+bug some cleric for a rezz=no death penalty. eq got simplified to the 10th degree, but i havent played wow so i cant really compare the difficulty level.

that's pretty true, but i mean you can't always find a cleric all the time or get your corpse summoned. unless you're a total pussy and you wait around until someone comes to bail you out, CRs are still a bitch if you don't have that expansion that has the guild lobby and in you die off in some remote zone like DN (haha ralf) and then everyone in your group leaves you to get your shit alone (haha)

Corpse run to DN suxxors. But it was fun. I was laughing so hard when FD failed and we had like 6 or 7 mobs on us and our three level 65+ group members couldn't pull a rabbit out of their hats lol.

pussy, DN is a cake walk. I've run to the Zland spawn so many times with aggro and no gear and made it just fine.
