I got level 58 in a ground total of about 3.5 hours.

Charm is the PWN.

Had a monk, shammy, gaazy and me (nec) in the beginning of Chardok B. I charmed one of the doggies, buffed the shit out of it and handed it some summoned gear.

I kept the pet the entire time and just let it loosse on a rampage. Exp was just roooolling in.

Anyways... for fast exp.. find someone with enough l337 skeelz to charm.

I'm probably going to see how Crypt of Decay and PoH are faring these days.

man, more and more, I'm semi tempted to fire it up, and lvl my bard again

I"m not sure I could play just 1 toon again tho, and I definately don't want to pay for 2 eq accounts

Really, groups are easy to find and exp is much, much faster.

I have a 65 cleric on a separate account you can borrow when I'm not using it, which is often.

you should pay the extra money for another account. 2-boxing is the fucking win now. I've never bothered with it because my last big stint in EQ I was doing the monk pulling thing 24x7... But I'm boxing a necro and a druid constantly and it's really effective not to mention pretty easy once you automate everything with hotkeys.

Oh that reminds me... Are there any new ways to automate stuff with longer hotkeys or somehow chain hotkeys?

I don't want to pay for a second account if I can help it

but as for hotkeys, it's just a matter of what you're trying to accomplish

you can't script stuff quite the way you could in WoW (well, not without 3rd party shit which is technically illegal)

but really, what do you need other than a macro to stand, cast 3 of your better dots, then sit again (for the dr00d)

Yah I was thinking about assist MT, Cast six dots, FD, get up and then sit back down.

Looks like I am going to give EQ another go. Just need to figure out what accounts to activate. Only want to activate 2 and 2 box again.

Account 1 - 69 Dru
Account 2 - 70 Rog, 31 War and a few others
Account 3 - 58 War, 53 Ran, 47 SK, 31 Cle
Account 4 - 65 Enc, 30 Nec

So many choices...
