heh, i spent the last 2 days doing those to get my monk from 65-69.5

they get boring after awhile, but the exp is definately insane... that monk was stuck at 65 from back when GoD first game out :)

I've just done a few hours. I may do a bit more with my Beastlord tomorrow, but I was levelling my rogue today. I went from 51 to 54 in a few hours.

I responded several times, and you were offline!

There were around 400 people in HHK yesterday, with a ton of spam. If I missed you another time, sorry. My IM was up, too!

Someone explain to me this MM thing. I've been putting off trying them because they sound super lame but the EXP seems pretty decent.

questions I have.

1) Do you have to form a group before you start the mission?

2) How long do they take?

3) Is there a chance of failure? What happens if you die?

4) Are they hard?

1) Do you have to form a group before you start the mission?
- yes, groups were forming really quickly during the exp x 2 weekend
2) How long do they take?
-HHK takes about 20-30 minutes, but you cannot do another one until 45 minutes has elapsed from the time that you started the mission (you can log in another char and do one though)
3) Is there a chance of failure? What happens if you die?
If you die, you respawn back at the beginning, no exp loss for your main character. If you fail, you get zero exp or loot, but you don't lose anything.
4) Are they hard?
The HHK mission is incredibly easy. 25 minutes worth of killing for 4.5 yellows of exp at level 66-69.

Run into mission, if you are a guard, delete your sword and shield. If you are a cleric, hotkey Group Temp and 2 heals.

Then move into HHK and kill 40 Goblins. Talk to the Captain. Free the prisoners, kill the Goblin overlord.

Zone out, wait until your timer is up and rinse and repeat.

At 54, 4 missions levelled me this weekend. At 66, 6 missions levelled me.

Even after the 1/2 exp weekend is over, I'm staying there until my Rogue + Beastlord are both 70, and possibly around 100 AA.

the bad side of it is that you aren't actually playing your character.... so you aren't getting any new skills, spells, or loot (other than the sleeves/shoulders that can drop off the boss).... it's also boring after grinding out 4 levels and 12 AAs I was already tired of it. I would like to try some of the other missions though, especially the Nagafen one.

I would, too. For now I'm just going to grind the double exp. After today I'll go back to being more casual and try and check out content.
