How is that a one sided story Tacks? He pooped his pants while he was in potty training and as a punishment she made him sit in a poopy diaper for two hours. She admitted this. So how is this a one sided story again? Seems like you are forgetting alot of the shit I went through with David just to try to make me look like a fool.

I know David was/is a moron and did a lot of stupid shit but all I ever heard was your side of things and I didn't ALWAYS agree with you.

Just to make it perfectly clear yes your ex was an uncaring asshole and I wouldn't be totally suprised if he was that pussy whipped for her to do shit like that.

Oh, I confronted her about the poop story. She verified it, and claimed that is the only way she knew how to train him to use the toilet.

She hates me now that I asked to keep Trystin until 9pm one Sunday night. She said I was disrupting their schedule. So I rearranged my plans to leave the cook out at 6pm, and I get a call at 5:50 that she sliced her hand open on a saw, and they had to go to the hospital, and they didn't pick him up until midnight.

2 1/2 is a little young to be punishing a kid like that.. but I had a 5 year old who would regularly crap himself cuz his mom was too lazy to potty train him, and he knew he was supposed to go on the potty.. but since he was 5 and pullups were WAY too small for him, changing him was absolutely disgusting, shit was all the way down to his knees.. so since he knew better and crapped himself out of laziness, we made him change himself once and clean himself up instead of us wiping the shit off his legs

he never crapped his pants again.

anyway.. ya Kiz, I think it's a little extreme to assume she's poisoning your son - from the stuff you've said about her she doesn't exactly sound like a winner, but poisoning your son is a little extreme - do they smoke? Do you know what he eats over there?

I agree with Darc.. just keep him home with you - it's obviously not a good situation to send your son whom they both hate over there, especially if he keeps coming back sick - if your ex doesn't care for him, why should he get any visitation rights with him? I'm sure it would be no skin off his back if you just kept him home with you.. or if you have stuff to do that weekend find a nanny or something who isn't going to be a total bitch to him.
