WTB Singed Scroll MQ

getting back into EQ and this is the part I am on with my 33 Cleric already farmed my shards so basically need this and final fight and I am done willing to pay 20k its not that I cant do it, just got money in my bank and want to give back to the NT neighborhood if i can so anyone with it make a quick 20k

Word of caution.

Don't know when it changed but I've seen firsthand an MQ of this fail.

Apparetnly the person doing the MQ has to already have completed the other steps of the cleric epic (aka you need an epic'd cleric with scroll)
