off topic- minrott i like you as a poster/personality but I have to say I hate your name it sounds so gross. min rott. I just don't associate your name with you.
on topic- I have a question about legs. Does anyone know anything about the medical condition "restless leg?" I mean, I don't need info on it because I"ve done that-I just mean does anyone know anyone with it, or have you ever heard of it?
I heard the name of the condition two times within a week and had never heard of it before even though I went to nursing school. Is this some new condition or have I been under a rock.

There's been a new commercial out there touting some pill or other for it.
Inside each person lives two wolves. One is loyal, kind, respectful, humble and open to the mystery of life. The other is greedy, jealous, hateful, afraid and blind to the wonders of life. They are in battle for your spirit. The one who wins is the one you feed.

hmm who else has lifted more? Their have been some that have lifted 700 but not more then 742.
Err yeah your right, I was searching for the heaviest bench press and that was the only thing that came up but then I searched for 800 pound bench press and a 1,000 pound pench press result came up>< ok I think the heaviest bench is by Rychlak.

Kizzy!
3, 5 & 8 lb weights. All you have to do is get a video-or dvd-preferably one by The Firm, because they are the shit. Follow the toning exercises with those weights, starting with none at first. then go up.
I noticed my arms toning and getting stronger within weeks. I even saw my lats-and my shoulder blades starting poking out like they did when I was a kid, which meant my boobs were more firm and my underarm flab went away. (see flabby arm in my gallery-the one where I"m in a skirt at the ACLFest.) My arms don't look like that anymore they are toned and sexy ^^
the ONLY thing i did was use those weights/The Firm (and I only did half of the workout even...cause I would get tired of doing it hehe.)
