Already going down this road with my sweetie. We are already on diet sodas, but still. Buying much less diet soda and lots of those flavored waters like Propel and stuff (in addition to regular spring water) these days.

I'm kind of surprised to see them telling you to substitute coffee for soda.. not like coffee is good for you either ><

Coffee is one of the most antioxidant rich foods you can consume. So it does have that going for it.
