i usesd to try all that shit too... Non smokers can still tell no matter what. Cigarette smoke is like a magic smell or something..It sticks to everything. I'm not saying all that stuff doesn't help... It does, but the smell of cigs is everpresent.

I try to avoid smoking with other smokers as well. Smoke travels. Never smoke in the house, car or anywhere enclosed. Also, wash hands, drink water, take a mint and spray something on yourself.

Rofl. Like I said in the other thread, aside from the evil eucalyptus flavored burps I am having, it does work wonders on the damn sinus passages and has settled my pukey stomach.

I damn sure don't believe all the teas on there work, in particular the ones for CRAZY shit, like IQ tea etc. But herbal remedies can definetly be effective for clearing airways and settling stomaches.
