This is how much of a Loser I am...

Post by Gargamellow »

I just bought another account. I know. I don't need a completely useless account. Why did I buy this? Well I will tell you why!

I was guiding and getting my shit free. Well, school got too busy for me and I didn't see gaming as a priority for a little while. Anyone who is in my guild and who knows me (/hump you guys) knows that this is my last semester at my local community college. After this semester, I will have my degree. I must finish this Statistics class.

As some of you know, I fucked up so badly last semester getting hammered every other weekend that I had to drop my final requirement to save my GPA so I can apply for a teaching scholarship. I hate my friends sometimes. They want to get drunk every weekend and I just want to sleep. Either way, I end up going with them almost every time they ask me. I am a pushover and I love keraoke.

So, anyway...as I was saying that is...I have decided to stop guiding and pay for my account so that I can dedicate more time to actually PLAYING EQ because the real world is packed full of crank heads and whores. I have lots of whores that I hang out with. They show me boobs.

Regardless, I don't have the cash for a game cad, so I bought a whole entire account so that I may log in and try to make some kind of deal with plat to get me and Virra a couple of game cards. If this plan does not work, I will say,"Fuck it! I will then buy Virra a game card and let him farm the plat to buy me one.

I figured that a new account would at least give me thirty days to find a loan. A month's worth of EQ is what, 14 bucks these days? Plus I will have another account AND the software for almost all the expansions on a brand new disk! Definately worth 20 bucks to me,.

I wonder how many typos there are in this?

Much love to everyone!

You really need to get your priorities worked out, Garg. =(

I would suggest putting the kibosh to EQ being first priority. Best of luck to you either way.

If this turns into a flamefest, I will kick mega ass. Be forewarned..

That said, it's 14.99/mo for an EQ account. Is Virra going to college, too? That really is not much cash. Do either of you smoke? I'd bet if you quit smoking for a month, you could afford a years worth of EQ.

As was mentioned, you need to put your career and life ahead of friends and even unambitious boyfriends. You should do this for your kids, and really set priorities.

Real friends wouldn't be slowing you down, and I think you need to figure out who are those, and who are looking to you moreso for maternal support, of which you are not in a position to give.

Good luck either way, and congrats on the degree.

You've got to be shitting me. One month subscription costs less than a pizza, less than a night of drinking, less than a tank of gas. Give me a break... Like he said get your priorities straight.

Game cards run about $45, which is what she was talking about. I'm assuming this means she doesn't have a credit card.

Well this is how much of a loser *I* am.

I had a dream last night that Zan hooked up with a girl from the states and the real reason she moved up there was because she set a fire, later to learn it was at her ex's house.
Then, for some reason, we (NT people) were at Zan's house and we could see each other and all but all dialog was in message board fashion. Anyway, I had to go to the bathroom and the bathroom looked like it was being remodeled but the toilet didnt have a tank, just the bowl was there.

Later in the dream we find out the States Girl was Kizzy ><

Well, there is only so much money available after bills to do anything with. You guys have to remember that I live on 850 bucks a month and I have 3 kids and a man here. Yes Virra is in school full-time.

20 bucks for refreshed software and 30 days with my loving guild is worth it to me. Blowing 90 bucks on two game cards so that Virra and I can play video games is NOT a priority, hence the new account.

It seems to me that some of you want to cut me down so badly that you don't even read what I write thoroughly.

My bills are paid. I have a PS2, 2 N64s for my kids, cable TV, two computers with cable internet, a cell phone, and a landline. All this on 850 bucks a month. I think I am a fucking genius. Oh wait...I KNOW I am a fucking genius.

P.S. Of course I could spend money that I use to go out on EQ. However, I need a social life and so does everyone else. I spent5 of my 6 EQ years not having IRL friends. Now I know it was a mistake and I am keeping quite the friends list IRL.

So now that I am done explaining myself, again, I am going to finish checking new posts for today here at NT.

Feel free to cast some more judgement on my pathetic life. But don't expect me to actually give a shit what you think, k?

Oh ya, I wanted to say, thanks anyway Dylan. You are sweet for offering but no thanks.

Also, 20 bucks for fresh EQ software and a month of guild is a great deal to me. Not to mention, after this month, I can hand it over to someone. I think you thought I meant that I wanted to keep it up. Jesus man, I have four acounts full of badass characters right now that I can't play. 20 bucks seemed logical to me...hmm...still does.

P.s. I knid of sounded bitchy in my last post. Sorry about that. I am sick as a dog today and not thinking clearly.

How about spending the $15 to renew your subscription for a month being even cheaper?

No, I don't have a credit card. Actually, I had one but my ex ran it up to 2 grand before he threw me and the kids out. Thanks for bringing it up. Now I am all warm and fuzzy.

Marty is right. It is convenient and, with the fresh EQ software, actually an investment for me to buy a new account for 20 bucks rather than a 3 month game card for 45.

I have a lot of things I need to take care of so I had to do something. This is what makes me such a "loser" dude. I am pathetic enough to buy an account to play for one month just so that I can be with my eq friends.

I don't understand why people feel the need to try and keep luxuries when they really can't afford them

The reason I have all my luxuries even though I can't really afford them is because life is too short to worry about having money. If my bills are paid, I am happy. My kids have the fun stuff they need to stay entertained and I have my entertainment as well. I don't own a VCR, so I don't rent movies. I don't rent video games. I don't go out to eat. I save enough money on just those things to pay cable and internet for both computers. As I had said before, I was guiding to pay for my EQ for a year.

Now, I am not a guide anymore and I still must be with AH because they were there for me more than anyone IRL when my ex found someone else and took it all and I am not going to abandon them.

P.S.Did I mention that my friends buy my drinks when I go out?

It is my personal info. I have every right to post it. I respect you, Lyion, but it should be up to me if I want to post my cell phone on NT.

P.S. I would like to add that NT was here for me also when my ex fucked me over.

Sorry garg I wasn't trying to act like I was passing judgement on you. I was just trying to help you. From what I could tell, money was the root of the problem. So, I tried to offer the best solution that I could come up with and that was to put the kibosh on EQ at least until your financial state enables luxuries. :dunno:

BTW for what it's worth, I'm being nice to garg because I like her, not because Mr. Internet bad ass threatened about it.
