Guild Restructuring for Silver Phoenix

Ok this does effect quite a few of you on the boards so I am going to post the announcement I made on our guild forums.


Greetings SP!

Due to the multitude of alts in the guild as well as the inactive accounts we are doing a full wipe of all characters and slowly adding the people back in. The reason for this is 2 fold. At present we have approx 30 accounts in our guild. With this many people we have reduced the amount of guild xp we acquire from writes, heritage, and item sales by a divisor of 26. With reducing this number down to a workable number of accounts we will greatly increase our guild xp influx.

Also we plan on adding the mains into one guild tier and alts into another with appropriate markers for Alt member, alt iniate, and alt officer/guild leader. Also possibly Alt crafters for those who use thier alts for mainly crafting.

This reorganization will allow us to better recieve guild xp. And show us our active numbers in the guild. Once we have these numbers We can start planning guild raids alot better as well as guild events. If your alt or mains get bumped from the guild please contact Thaeronel, Kmicic, Tyranis, myself, Duria and Breanut and we will move you back in with appropriate guild notes to identify your alts better(i have been guilty of this as well)

I realize that this shake up will screw up alot of people and quite a few of us will be ejected form the guild. We are taking pains to make sure the guild core will still be intact after all the reinvites.
