IE7 Beta 2...

.... isn't half-bad. It appears to be a nice clone of Firefox, complete with tabbed browsing! I think the only thing I'm missing from Firefox is only showing images that originate from the site I'm looking at.

Any other problems with IE7, other than it's from Microsoft?

when it was new, ie6 was the best browser out there (netscape having absolutely committied suicide with that integrated portal/im shit)

That's only because it was the ONLY viable browser available...

Opera was absolutely dreadful at the time, but I used it anyways since I got 0 popups ^_^

I'm never going to use any microsoft browser again - they're the most widely used and hence most spyware/viruses are tailored to it. It just isn't worth it. :/
