Fabled stuff

Anyone know how long the fabled stuff will be up? Does it go away when the double XP goes (ie, the 20th), or does it last for much longer?

I dunno - they seemed to be saying they were revamping the older fableds to be tougher and have better loot - so it's hard to say.

they don't post anything. you have to go hunt them down and kill them to see if it's worth it. low lvl mobs will just be marginally better, but a hardcore mob like Velketor or King Tormax will now require a raid again to kill as they'll be buffed to current monster stats... like hitting for 3k or more i assume. the other fabled gear is more or less good for twinks as any old thing w/ an effect usually gets the effect bumped up as well as its stats.

like if you were to go to najena and camp the jboots, the effect on fabled jboots is as fast as SoW now. originally when i got mine from the first string of fables two years ago they just straight up cast SoW and i could target other people, it was awesome

to get an idea i'm sure you can go to allakhazam and search their items for "fabled"

Oh man you got lucky! At the time I got on the list, I had the weekend off and spent 32 hours at the camp two boxing Hope and my husband's ranger to get theirs >< I still have it in her bank even though it was replaced only 2 months later.

Killed Fabled Master of the Guard soon after Fabled was activated with a pickup crew of about 19, lots of that boxed. Dropped a 30/20 275 hp proc avatar 1hs. Was lots of fun, but not as difficult as it should have been for that quality of loot.
