Stuck Cursor

Ok I know I have seen it somewhere before, but im having a moment. How do you fix the stuck cursor in the upper left hand corner?

Just going for the easiest answers first.

Is this just in Windows(I assume that is the flavor of OS you are using)
or in games?
or when is it frozen because you have made a post here and I doubt you are using the tab button to navigate this website to make a post.

It is only when logging into EQ....using Windows XP Pro.

Check your video card drivers then. I got that problem when using EQwindows and again when I was running outdated drivers on an older comp.

Everything is up to date, I remember seeing people talking about it about a month ago in eq....but dont remember what they said would fix it...it is an EQ related problem. Not computer related.

I remember there being a problem a while back right after they started allowing people to drop to windowed mode.

Something like alt-enter and then back or something.
