Phobos top 100 Sci Fi list

Hrm, on that list I have read:
2, 3, 5, 8, 12, 15, 16, 22, 27, 30, 33, 34, 38, 39, 40, 46, 47, 51, 53, 57, 61, 62, 63, 65, 67, 73, 75, 76, 79, 85, 98, & 100.

So, about 1/3, I guess.

list is obviously wrong if Ender's Game isn't #1

Ender's Game was decent, but it wasn't all that.

Tikker is partially right. it should be up there towards the top of the list. Lets see..

2,3,5,15,16,27,28,29,30,33,34,37(worth reading if you have not, VERY underrated),38, 39,40,46,49,51,52,53,60,61,65(costner should be shot for doing this as a movie),73,79,84,85(Should be higher on the list).

So about 28 books read on the list.
For those that have not read the Eon series by Greg Bear it is definently worth reading, I found it more enjoyable than alot of the other books on the list. Eon could be construde as "Hardcore Scif-Fi".

"To your scattered bodies go" by Farmer (the riverworld series) was one of my favourite series growing up

as far as just raw enjoyment, Ender's Game (and Ender's Shadow) are probably my fav sci-books period~

I also really like Robert Sawyer

Just finished the Arthur C Clarke books on the list

Childhood's End was pretty good, but it'd be down towards the bottom of the top 100 for me

I guess they must be using the social impact of the books as part of the critereon?
