EQ heading for 75

Rashere has confirmed at Fan Faire that the level cap will be raised to 75 with the next expansion.

There is a rumor of a new starting city as well, but no mention of where that might be located. It makes sense that a new starting city would follow from an expansion release where you can go level from 1- 70 (75 now!) in the same expansion.

i used to love leveling

but i've spent like 6 weeks at lvl 69 now and can't be bothered to ding 70 jeje

I was thinking of returning to EQ and going for 70, but to 75? I don't like it, but I'll probably do it anyway.

I stopped when 65 was the level cap I think... got Adivina to the max level and never just logged out and never looked back. It might be fun to log in again and play around, but I doubt I would remember anything.

dont fret they will double xp again for some screw up...
69 is hard core sux, but just imagine the 74 grind... worse then trying to get the pally burnt epic book...

for you slackers that are coming back from a long vacation, welcome back! Its doable and if you need a tank/shammy/druid/chanter/ &/OR almost good necro.. pm me for a level or group. :wink:
