I know a person around here that is on that sex offender list because he fooled around with a 16 year old when he was 17 and the girl had over zealous parents who couldn't deal with the fact that their daughter wasn't the "perfect angel" they thought she was.

Don't jump to the conclusion that they were "bad people".

And unless you are directly related to the victim, vigilante justice has no place in our society.

I work with a filthy no good bitch who printed out the name and address of a "sex offender" who lived near her. She said her boyfriend and a bunch of his friends were going to go beat the shit out of him that night. He was a young guy too, probably 21 years old. I am sure he fucked some 17 year old that said she was 18 and he went down for it.

The problem with this stuff is, if a person makes a mistake, they can't just do their time and make good with the house, like your every day bank robber, drug dealer or even murderer. They have to do their time for the rest of their lives, despite all their attempts to make themselves a better person.

My suggestion is, they list the reason why the person went down, not generalized category's like "sex with a minor".

"Sex with a minor" can mean "a 55 year old repeat child rapist" or the "17 year old guy who had consentual sex with a 16 year old". I think it's fucking ridiculous to lump those two into the same category.

No but seriously... The sex offender bullshit need to be completely redefined. If anyone is fucking around with someone under the age of 16, provided that its not some 17 year old and his 15 year old girlfriend, that should mean trouble. There should be an acceptable age gap.

and no offense, the age of consent should be lowered to 16. I see bitches walking around with their mom's and these chicks have already had plastic surgery, wear a fuckton of make up and are dressed like little ho's...The only thing giving away the fact that they are 17 years old is the fact that mom is in tow....otherwise you couldn't even tell.

My thoughts are, that if you are a bad enough parent to let your 16-18 year old daughter be a fucking slut at that age she deserves to get pounded.

Here's another interesting situation.. a buddy of mine works at one of the local clubs that is well known to let girls in with bullshit fake id's as young as 17 years old...Now it's and asian club so they fit right in since all asians as you might know look young as hell.

It is a 21 and up club. I bet you anything someone has taken some bitch home from that place under the presumption that she is of age, pounded her and got in deep shit over it.

I don't expect the place to last long, but the fact remains that kind of shit happens to a lot of people.

To detail the story I cited earlier in the thread...

...when I was in high school, we were at a party and a 16 year old slut was slutting it up. She was drunk, dancing with every guy in the room, grabbing their cocks etc. She took a liking to one kid who was 17. He was a senior and this was late in the school year so we were about to graduate. She grabbed this guy by the hand and lured him into a back room. 15 minutes later they emerged from the room. She was all smiles and they continued dancing and flirting.

The next day it all came out. She said that he forced her to give him a blow job in that back room. He was arrested, it went to trial and he went to jail for two years. He had a scholarship to a university but instead went to prison. So it pretty much ruined the kids life.

I didn't know the kid that well because he hung out with a different crowd, but from what I did know, he was a good kid. If there was any question about that, I wouldn't say he was a good kid.

Despite the fact that I didn't know him well, it really killed me to see that happen after I saw that girl grabbing every one's cock that night.

It was a real shame. And I am pretty sure he's on that sex offender list because of it and probably will be for the rest of his life under the category, "sex with a minor".

The chick probably woke up the next morning, went to school where all of her friends alienated her and called her a slut so she fabricated some tall tale about how she was forced to do it. She probably told her parents, they took action and she didn't have the guts to come and say she over reacted so she let the kid go down. Needless to say she went to a private school after that.

This guy acted impulsively. He killed 2 people that he judged to be guilty and killed them in cold blood. Who's to say the sex offenders weren't wrongfully accused? Who's to say that they didn't fall into the same category as Ginz described?

I think it has something to do with a statutory rape clause or something.

Also, obviously there were plenty of people who could have witnessed the situation and the girls actions before going into the bedroom. I would think that would be enough to get this thrown out....

I know a bunch of people who tried to testify on his behalf but either they did and it didn't work or they didn't let them testify at all. He probably had a shitty lawyer and the girls parents were rich.

I'll try to find an article. It happened in 1997 though so I doubt I'll be able to dig anything up.

I don't have time to read all that crap/the article or anything, but Just the title of this thread made me think "hmmmm, Sex Offender Hunter. Man that would make a great video game" Think about it, you could perch high atop a tree in a park and wait for the weird guy to walk in and start fondling himself while watching the little boys play in the sand box. Bonus points if he actually makes contact with the kids before you riddle him with holes to the mid-section, and more bonus points if you can make his head explode while he is touching Little Johnny's peenor. We also need to remove the double standard that we see in the news all the time. 36 year old female teacher fucks a 14 year old boy and gets a slap on the wrist while the 36 year old male teacher gets locked up for life for fucking the 14 year old girl.
