I still think the niners are a year or two away. Hopefully Alex smith can play better, it cant exactly get much worse than last year. It will be interesting how their first round pick shapes up.

In the NFC i think the Seahawks are still the team to beat. They wil have Hamilin back at safety wich will help a great deal with their secondary. Signing Julian Peterson will deffinatly help their Linebacking corpe, and Tatupu with a year under his belt should be a HUGE impact player for them. Losting Hutchinson is not as big of a blow as people may suspect, the Seahawks have very good backups, one was a decent starter and we signed Tom ashworth also.

8-8 does not make the playoffs in the NFC this year, the conference is going to be much tougher.

Williams didn't want to play football anymore but had to come back otherwise he would have to pay the Dolphins the bonus money they gave him. Now, he is not playing football and not having to pay back the money. Looks like Williams wins.

I'm not so sure about not having to pay the cash back.

Also, the evidence on the drug test seemed very flimsy. I'm surprised it was upheld, but the NFL generally doesn't do anything with common sense.
