Apparently Tuggan being the main healer wasn't even aware of the main tank dying the first time... If as a healer you are that inattentive to your group mates health bars I'm not surprised you were blamed for the deaths regardless of who's fault it was.
I find it funny that two classes were present who could heal, one of them with an instant target based heal, and yet you two try to place the blame on a person who has no ability to heal whatsoever?

Lueyen..............the chanter did not do her job period, (according to what I have read, I never grouped with her, so I can't say for sure) even if you have two healers in the group, and 3+mobs, it is likely you are going to die.
