Unfortunately, a lot of what illegal immigration brings is people who are trying to exploit our country rather than embrace it. For instance, over 500 million pounds of pot / cocain etc, are transported from Mexico, to the United States, every year. Lets say that's 500 million pounds of pot, say it's some good shit that costs 2,000 dollars per pound. Lets do 5million X 2k = 10,000,000,000. That's 10 billion dollars. Now think of it as half of the 500 million as cocaine, and it'd be up around 15 or 20 billion dollars. We fucked up as a society and now we need to fix it. If we let this slide, it's basically saying "Come on over, we don't protect our boarders." We'd be an overpopulated country if we did that. U.S. has always been a place to be as far as immigration goes, but the people wanting to come also need to know that we're a nation built on laws. And people not following those laws should be prosecuted, end of story.

What's also funny about this little faggoty ass protest, is that any student that is going to school right now legally or illegally, and plans to attend this little "ditch day," aren't really protesting the government, in that they're saving the government money. Being that the government pays all the schools per child when they're there, if there not there, then they don't get payed. Also, the last time they did a stupid ass protest, they did it by walking down streets or highways, throwing rocks at cars and police officers. Taking our jobs? Sorry, but those people who can have their jobs taken away by someone who came here illegally and can't speak a lick of english need new jobs anyways. Problem is American's want to work less and earn more. That's where illegal immigrants come in. They work twice as hard for less. Hello? Not all jobs they are taking are those Americans don't want. Yes, they do take jobs like picking tomatos. Yes, it is true that most Americans aren't going to take a job paying around minimum wage (or less) for that type of work. BUT - THEY'RE NOT JUST TAKING THOSE JOBS. Most Illegal's from Mexico are unwilling to learn English, They are unwilling to give up ties to Mexico, They are not willing to pledge Allegience to this country.
