get Azura's Star, it's a reusable grand soul gem. doesn't get used up if you use it to recharge, or enchant.

pretty simple quest from Azura's Shrine, in the northeast area of the map. you'll need glow dust from a will-o-wisp to start it though(you can buy it in imperial city market district if you don't have any)
