All I care about is if Zubov gets the James Norris...

Otherwise, I'd probably say Kiprusoff for the Hart.

he should win it, he turned the team around when he got traded to the sharks

and it's great that they're named after people, I miss the old days of the Norris, Patrick, Smyth, and Adams division. They should never have renamed them

I'd go for Jagr. He took the team from a bottom feeder to the playoffs.

Weren't the sharks good contenders to make the playoffs before the start of the year? (Well before they started sucking it up.)

imo

ovechkin
lehtinen (although I hope fisher wins)
thornton (I hope, he deserves it most, he turned san jose's season around)
Renny
lidstrom
marleau
thornton
kiprusoff

and prowl

the rangers were underachievers, i would say their success has more to do with renny then jagr, he changed their attitude. The rule changes also helped a ton, and so did lunquist coming out of nowhere to be one of the top goaltenders. The sharks were thought to be a good team before the season started but until thornton got traded they were doing just terrible. I doesn't really matter which definition you use for the MVP, most valuable player or best player, I think Thornton deserves it. Man did Boston ever screw up dumping him for some spare parts (granted they're decent players but far from anything special)

i dunno

I think Stuart is pretty good, and sturm is alright

i wouldn't have made the trade myself, but I don't think boston got robbed

kiprusoff is an amazing puck stopper, but brodeur is almost as good, and is EASILY the best puckhandler of any goalie

he's a huge part of the NJ transition game, which I don't think you could say for any other goalie
