The United States will restore full diplomatic relations with Libya and remove the North African country from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

They've re entered the international community. They are not supporting terrorists en masse anymore and should have relations with us.

Are they perfect? Hell no, but this is the right move for continuing to prod Libya.

I don't know if I'd trust Muammar Khadaffi at this point. We killed his daughter, so he might be looking for some revenge as soon as we let our guards down.
