Where is the best place to buy CPU cooling equipment and tal

I'm looking at equipping my first retail PC and I was thinking about using stuff from either PC power and cooling or http://www.frozencpu.com

Any recommendations?

zalman's are nice, but too expensive to stick in a retail machine, unless you're catering to the 1% market of ubergamers that can't build their own machine

I need quiet, good cooling and it to be cost effective.

Oh and its an AMD Socket 939 CPU.
