zalman's are nice, but too expensive to stick in a retail machine, unless you're catering to the 1% market of ubergamers that can't build their own machine

I need quiet, good cooling and it to be cost effective.

Oh and its an AMD Socket 939 CPU.

pretty much universal good reviews, and it retails for under $10, so chances are you can get better prices
