Graphics is messed up

For some reason, the only zone that the graphics seem to be really messed up in is Plane of Knowledge. I have tried deleting the files and downloading them again but it didn't work. I have the latest nvidia drivers for my video card but it also did not help. The problem is that some of the walls seem to be transparent sometimes.
