I'm tired of stealing souls to recharge these things. Anyone know a command to put them back at full again?
Oh and are the guards important to the game? The Imperial City and Bruma don't have any left. Both places they sassed me and I was forced to kill one and then their friends joined in and I mowed them all down like Pitbull attacking a troop of chihuahuas.
