Sound broken omg

Whenever I try to open Quicktime files on my PC (streaming is usually ok) or open ytmnd.com sites the sound always plays and cuts out and gets choppy, and I know it didn't used to do this but I don't know how to fix it, I checked all my connections but I'm stumped..

Hokay so I used IE and the ytmnd sites work again, but how do I make em work on Firefox?
