I'd strongly recommend seeking the advice of professional with that much money on the line.

Its pretty self explanatory, Leah. Cop swerved over median, and hit them head on.

Markado, I told her to find a reputable bank, and talk to a professional, but many want her to invest in the stock market, and she is not comfortable with that. I think she is just about to make a huge decision, and she wants someone else's opinion. I told her not to gamble with the money, and put it in a relatively safe investment like CD's.

Problem is, you the FDIC only insures up to certain amounts, and I know nothing about off shore accounts.

Yes, 25 million is quite different.

She could live off that indefinately with no other income at a 4-5% yield if she reinvested approximately half of the earnings each year. That's a 1,000,000 a year accrual. She could easily reinvest half of that and live on 500,000 a year.

I'd suggest sticking a relatively large amount in a safe investment. Use smaller amounts in more risky investments. No part of this lump of money is small though lol.

I thought cops were good at driving? :dunno:

I once was going like 40 down a street in town and the cop was going the other way, he slammed it in reverse and caught up with me easily. :-x
