Just broil it Janet.. anytime I can't grill outside broiling works just as well.
Food network has some great recipes for it - tilapia is a good fish.

I am a pretty decent cook. I make GREAT lasagna, enchiladas, and quesadillas. Its just that everyone I cook for could stand to loose at least 50 pounds. (Not me, though, but I should eat healthy for the baby) So I am trying to make something that is healthier.

For Tilapia, if you looking healthy, you can put a nice breading on it and bake it, or you can put a spice rub on it and broil it. If you want somethign a bit different, you can bread it, the in a frying pan put some good olive oil, garlic and a little onion and pepper and fry them. Fried would probably be the most flavorful but not the healthiest.

I've yet to meet a fish that didn't love garlic powder, a little butter, lemon wedges, and a broiler
