I want to create an avatar for myself from a picture but it is to big!

How do I go about resizing the image ect?

resize it and downsample it so it fits the constraints.

How do I downsize a small video clip avatar? Can't do it in paint, turns it to a picture, like mine for example.

A: its a gif.
B: you'll need a higher end graphics program like Photoshop or whatever the Macromedia version is.

There's also a bunch of freeware programs that'll create them. Got to shareware.com and search for animated gif. You'll find a small program that'll create them np.

cant do animation with photoshop, you have to export files to Image Ready
