He's depressed because he's sitting on his fat ass all day playing video games. Guaranteed, if he were to go even volunteer just to get out of the house, he would be much better. It's a shame he doesnt want to better himself.

SIgh... I suspected that earlier but his mom talked to me. She was worried cuz he has shut everyone from his life. Everyday at home just gaming. not going out and all. He has no friends. He is never out unless to buy cigerattes which he stocks 1 week stock.
The guy may say he is looking fo work but he isn't. He is doing nothing with his life. He really isn't worth the time and effort to worry about. He will not get off his ass until he decides he needs to. He has already proven that you are not important enought to get off his ass for. If he would rather play WoW then get a job and straighten things out to see and talk to you, then you can see where you rank in his life.

I agree with the above posters. Even if he did come back (and at this point I doubt that will happen) who's to say it won't happen again? It sounds like this guy has done everything he can to cut you off but say "HEY YOU'RE CUT OFF!" Don't come see me, I'm going to play a video game non stop where you can't be a part of my life don't call me...who would want that? You don't deserve that! Nobody deserves that. For starters, pay some girl to blow him while he main tanks in WoW and have his cigs and food shipped to him so he doesn't have to leave the house.

It sounds to me like you have grown apart. It isn't your job to finish raising him. His mother can guilt you all she wants, but it won't change the fact that he is anti-social because of how he was raised. I don't care how nice a life can look from the outside, nobody can know what goes on deep within unless they are there.

Just cut it off... out of sight, out of mind. Go out on the streets and do something. Stay occupied and keep that shit off your mind and you'll be all right. Just don't sit around doing nothing. That's when all your regrets manifest and that's usually when people break and fold back into their relationships they hated. They'd rather be doing that than doin nothing at all all alone.
Juls you already have a few guys interested in you. It's good to hear that you're atleast working on breaking up with this guy. And now that you mentioned it, yes Amy did tell me about all of this when we first got to Shanghai.
