Yeah I figured on the old world raids theyd drop the numbers, due to all the 70s soon to be running around. Not sure thats the right way to go, as opposed to beefing up the encounters. I guess its the easier way

25 is fine, and will actually make things easier on guilds, IMO.
How many folks do you know who want to wait an expansion or 2 to kill new bosses?
Basically, guilds will have to either pare down to a group of 30 or so regulars and field 1 25 man team or will have to add more folks in order to field 2 groups. The 2nd option will be a logistical nightmare though with saved instances, seperate DKP and leadership issues.

I think it's a pretty big mistake to lower the max raid size down to 25 people at this late juncture. If it had been 25 from the start that'd be one thing, but now? Ugh. It's going to be a repeat of what happened when LDON was released, and it tore guilds apart, as you went from one raiding number to one that was barely more than half that. Tons of people had to sit out, etc. etc. etc.
