God damnit. I don't have a sales question or a technical support question so I dialed zero in hopes of just being transfered to someone, and all that happened is I got the message in a male voice rather than a female voice... Also, if you call that number that girl sounds like a fucking retard, puts pauses in between every few words for some reason. Gonna try again and pretend that the captain being dead is a technical support issue.
