I swear, a infant could have a hunch back, an extra eyeball in the center of its head and look like a mutated cabbage patch kid, and 90% of the female population would STILL gush over it calling it a "beautiful baby".

I've seen women react with similar enthusiasm when an unattractive/overweight friend gets a makeover. I assume it's something that those of us with XY chromosomes will never understand. :dunno:

I really hate it when people go nuts over babies, because that means parents/babies expect everyone to do it, and I don't really like to go "ohh look at that baby" very much I just admire from afar.

I think that was one of the first things either Gid or one of the nurses told me in the delivery room. Something about the sideburns.

I love babies. I think all babies are beautiful. I don't understand how one wouldn't look at that little face and those brand new, completgely untouched, completely innocent eeyes, without crying. I absolutely love babies. All of them.

And that picture of the "ugly" baby just made me want to cry. Sometimes you guys really go too far around here. Have some tact.
