You're right...I've never been to Toronto. But I can pull up census data and THAT says Toronto's population is 8% black and about 30% Asian/Filipino. Compare that to Detroit which is 80% black. As I said...you have no idea.

But he didn't say black dudes in my neighbourhood who steal and are unpleasant with women. He said if my sister ever dated a black dude. He could be from Canada, Jamaica or Uganda, it makes no difference, and there you are sitting behind your computer smiling and nodding along with him happily agreeing that black people aren't fit fraternize with the precious white girls of the world.
