I emailed the company on an off chance they would hopefully not have a clue what I was talking about. They did---

Good Evening,

First, I apologize for the delay in responding. Our company has been having a lot of problems lately including issues with our email services.

I regret to be the one to inform you, that there was a death in the company. Ryan was the vice president and co-owner of the company. He was involved in a head on collision with another driver who lost control of their vehicle. He passed away about a month and a half ago. You have my condolences if he was a friend. I am afraid I am not at liberty to go into any greater detail at this time regarding the incident; his family has asked that they be allowed to handle his affairs.

I checked our database and I don't see your email being associated as a previous customer of ours, but if there is anything of a business nature I can help you with don't hesitate to ask. We will probably be open for another month at most at which time I will be shutting down our operation.

Once again I apologize if you are hearing this for the first time.
